Product Overview

This 1” Stainless Steel Solenoid Valve is powered by a 110V AC solenoid. This valve is Normally Open meaning that it will stay open until power is applied to close it. It will hold this closed position until power is removed. This valve can be powered by any 110V AC source with a 28 watt power output. The combination of Stainless Steel body and Viton seal make this valve suitable for a wide range of applications.

The valve is unidirectional with an inlet and exhaust port. This means the valve is only capable of flowing and holding pressure in a single direction. The direction is indicated on the valve body with an embossed directional arrow. Both ports can be connected with 1” NPT fittings.

The pressure range in which the valve will operate with liquid is 0 – 90 PSI. The orifice size is 20 mm with a Cv of 12 which means that it can flow approximately 92 GPM of water at 60 PSI. The valves constructed material can handle media temperature ranges as low as 15°F and up to 265°F or -10 to 130°C.

The valve is connected with a DIN connection that comes pre-wired. The coil is splash resistant but not weatherproof and should be covered if installed outdoors. The preferred installation direction is with the coil in the upright position.
