Product Overview
The SZW-50-24VAC is a 24 Volt AC, 2 way, 2" Stainless Steel electric solenoid valve that can be used for liquid, water, gas and air in a variety of different applications. This valve uses a Viton seal that is compatible with many liquids such as water up to 250°F, weak acids and diesel fuel. This particular valve is Normally Closed which means the valve will only open when power is applied and close when power is removed. This valve requires a 24 volt AC power supply to operate. This compact valve features a solid stainless steel body with a female NPT threaded port.
The SZW-50-24VAC valve has a 24 Volt AC coil with a voltage range that is -+ 10. The coil head is fitted with a Wire Lead connection that can easily be connected with your own choice of terminals. This model is mountable in any position and features a conveniently positioned arrow on the body to indicate the direction of flow. Its response time is very low; in fact, it acts in less than one second, making it a great choice for all types of applications.
Connection – No Polarity, + and – can be interchanged.
A pre-filter is always recommended to keep the diaphragm free from debris and the valve functioning properly.
