Product Overview

The APLG-1/2-24VDC valves are made of POM plastic and designed to operate within a low pressure, gravity feed, or drain system set up. The valves feature stainless steel internal components and also an EPDM seal. The valve line also boasts an already built-in filter that will help prevent debris from entering and damaging the valve or preventing it from closing. This series is a low pressure and will only operate properly if kept within a 0-3PSI range. The max pressure is 3 PSI and the valve will not function properly beyond this.

The valves default position is normally closed and will require power to open. In the event of power loss or any type of power removal, the valve will close. This valve is also unidirectional. The flow of fluid will only be in one direction and the body of the valve will have a directional arrow to help with correct installation. The valve is extremely fast acting and will change from open to close and vice versa in under one second.

The valve is ideal for low power applications as the 24VDC coil only requires approximately 600mA to actatuate. This valve also features the ability to be attached with terminal connectors as well as no polarity.

The ideal medium for these valves will be a low viscosity liquid.
