Product Overview

The 1" PTFE Solenoid Valve PCF-25 is designed for larger corrosive process lines that require dependable electric shut off and full chemical isolation. It is commonly used in applications where metal wetted components are not acceptable.

This valve uses a solid PTFE body that provides strong resistance to aggressive acids, alkalis, and corrosive industrial chemicals. It is often installed in chemical wash systems, fluid transfer operations, and neutralization processes.

The PCF-25 is a direct-acting, normally closed 1" PTFE solenoid valve. It operates without a minimum pressure requirement. This allows consistent performance in low-pressure and gravity-fed systems where pilot-operated valves may struggle.

An energy-saving solenoid coil reduces heat buildup and limits electrical demand during continuous operation. The DIN electrical connection allows clean installation and supports easy servicing in damp or chemically exposed environments.

Designed for moderate flow rather than maximum throughput, this 1" PTFE solenoid valve is well suited for chemical transfer piping, recirculation loops, and washdown applications where chemical resistance and reliable shutoff are the priority.

Always confirm chemical compatibility for PTFE and Viton with your specific media before selection.
