Shipping & Returns

All of our products are shipped from our distribution center located just outside of New York City. UPS Expedited and USPS Priority shipping options are also available if you need your valves expedited. USPS priority service offers an approximate delivery time of 1-3 days depending on your location. All priority packages are insured and include tracking numbers. All of our valves are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive intact. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.

Free Shipping

That's right! We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $99. Valves can be heavy so based on the contents of your order we reserve the right to decide which shipping provider to use. We currently ship all of our items via USPS and UPS. When you select the Free Shipping option you can generally expect your item to arrive between 8 - 10 business days, which sometimes varies based on your location. We even provide tracking numbers with our Free Shipping option.

How do you apply Free Shipping to your order?

When you’re ready to check out you will be opted to choose from a couple of shipping options. If your order qualifies for free shipping, simply select that option.

International Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Buyer is responsible for import fees. All international shipping charges can be calculated once items are placed in your cart or at checkout.

Handling Time

We know you want your products ASAP so we do our best to send out your orders as soon as they are received. In most cases, depending on the time of day the order is received, we can fulfill that order the same day. Otherwise the order will be shipped within 24 hours or the first business day following a weekend or holiday.

General Return Policy

At our customer's satisfaction is our number one priority. Although we strive for perfect transactions each and every time, we understand that returns may be necessary. To ensure a quick and easy return process we’ve established the following guidelines:

If there is ever an error with your order due to a mistake made by call or email us and we will exchange the product right away at no cost to you.

An item can be returned if it has not been used, shows no signs of use and is returned in its original packaging within 45 days of the purchase of the product(s). To return a product the item must be in resalable condition. Any products received in a condition other than new will be refused.

All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund as a credit to the original payment method. A refund, less a 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs, will be issued at the conclusion of testing and inspection of the returned item.

If you wish to return a product(s) for any reason, please call or email for an RMA#. RMA’s are good for 30 days after which time the return will no longer be accepted. Any returns received without prior authorization will be refused/rejected. Any returns received outside of the return window will be refused/rejected.

All sales are final on any "special order" and "discounted" items.

Receipt of Damaged Product(s)

When receiving a delivery from, it is highly recommended that you inspect the package at the time of delivery by removing the product from the packaging and examining the contents for any physical damage.

Please note the damages (Photograph if possible), and contact us right away. We will replace damaged pieces at no cost to you if the item is broken prior to use.
