3/4" PTFE Anti-Corrosive Solenoid Valve
Technical Details
Product Overview
The 3/4" PTFE Solenoid Valve PCF-20 is designed for corrosive chemical applications that require a fully non-metallic wetted path and reliable electric shutoff. It is commonly used in mid-size process systems where chemical compatibility matters more than high flow rates.
This valve uses a solid PTFE body that resists strong acids, alkalis, and aggressive industrial chemicals. It performs well in chemical wash systems, neutralization loops, and corrosive transfer lines where metal components are not acceptable.
The PCF-20 is a direct-acting, normally closed 3/4" PTFE solenoid valve. It operates without a minimum pressure requirement. This allows reliable performance in low-pressure, gravity-fed, and lightly pressurized systems where pilot-operated valves may fail.
An energy-saving solenoid coil reduces heat buildup and lowers electrical demand during continuous operation. The DIN electrical connection supports clean wiring and helps protect the coil in damp or chemically exposed environments.
With its larger port size compared to smaller PTFE models, this 3/4" PTFE solenoid valve fits chemical transfer piping, recirculation loops, and washdown systems that need dependable shutoff and chemical resistance rather than maximum flow capacity.
Always confirm chemical compatibility for PTFE and Viton with your specific media before selection.
