Electricsolenoidvalves.com guarantees our valves to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for One year from the date of purchase.
Exclusions
This Limited Warranty specifically excludes damage resulting from “acts of nature”, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification and improper installation.
Valve electromagnetic coils and sealing components are considered consumables and are therefore excluded from the provision of the Limited Warranty.
Terms & Conditions
Electricsolenoidvalves.com warrants its products on a limited basis against manufacturing defects for a period of One year from the day the purchase is made. This One year limited warranty is non-transferrable from the original purchaser and an original copy of a sales receipt as well as a return of the product, at the customers expense, for inspection is required for warranty action. The limited warranty does not cover products that have been mishandled or misused in ways other than its intended purpose. Due to the vast applications and substances that can pass through solenoid valves, electricsolenoidvalves.com reserves the right to determine what is classified as “misuse”. Misuse includes but is not limited to exposing the product in any way to an element beyond the scope of the explicit specifications listed in the product description (pressure, temperature, voltage, etc.). The limited warranty does not cover products that have been damaged due to improper installation and/or subsequent damage to other components. Additionally, Electricsolenoidvalves.com is not responsible for any consequential damage of any other item caused by a defect of their products.
If a defect is found please email us at sales@electricsolenoidvalves.com explaining the defect. Your email should include your order number, pictures of the defect if possible, and an explanation of the intended application of the part upon purchasing it.
If a warranty claim is approved by Electricsolenoidvalves.com, at their sole discretion Electricsolenoidvalves.com will either replace the defective product, repair it so it is returned to its original specifications, or refund the purchase price.
