Electricsolenoidvalves.com sells industrial fluid-control products manufactured by a variety of suppliers.
Most products sold on our website are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, if applicable. Warranty terms may vary by manufacturer.
Electricsolenoidvalves.com warrants that products we supply will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and within published specifications for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage or failure resulting from:
- Improper installation
- Misuse or abuse
- Operation outside published specifications (pressure, temperature, voltage, or media compatibility)
- Chemical incompatibility or contamination
- Electrical damage from incorrect wiring or power supply
- Modification or disassembly of the product
- Normal wear of seals or internal components
Because valves may be used in a wide variety of systems and environments, the purchaser is responsible for confirming that the selected product is appropriate for the intended application.
Warranty Claims

- Description of the issue
- Photos if available
- Application details
Products may need to be returned for inspection before a warranty determination can be made.
Limitation of Liability
Electricsolenoidvalves.com is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including labor costs, installation costs, system downtime, or damage to other equipment.
Warranty remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the original purchase price, at our discretion.
