Product Overview
This is a normally open, 1-1/2” 110V AC stainless steel solenoid valve. Normally open means that the valve is in the open configuration without power and in the closed configuration when powered. The valve body is composed of 304 stainless steel, and the internal components are 316 stainless steel. The response time for this valve is fast, actually less than a second. The valve has a NEMA 3, IP54 rating, meaning the valve has limited protection against dust ingress as well as splash water from any direction. While the valve is splash resistant, it is not submersible.
The valve is 5 lb 7 oz with a length of 4.50” from port to port, a width of 3.25” and a height of 7.00”. This valve requires a current of 0.50 Amps and is rated at 35 VA of power. The temperature range is between 15 and 250°F or -10 to 120°C. The pressure range is from 0 to 90 psi. Since there is no minimum pressure, the valve is a great option for gravity feed projects.
Various media are compatible with this valve, including hot water, gas, air, diesel fuel, Freon, weak acids, and weak bases. Fluids should have a viscosity below 20 cSt.

Installation
- The valve comes with a pre-wired 43560A DIN connector, which allows for easy wiring.
