Our 3V310-10, 3/8" 3-Way 2-Position Pneumatic Solenoid Valve is a reliable component designed to provide precise control and efficiency in pneumatic systems. With a single solenoid and an air return function, this valve ensures optimal performance.
Similar to our previous models, the 3V310-10 valve features a 3-way design, allowing for two distinct flow positions. When powered on, it enables the flow from the inlet (P) to the outlet (A), and when turned off, it allows the flow from the outlet (A) to the exhaust (R). The flow directions are clearly indicated on the valve for easy identification. This valve operates as a single control solenoid, with the solenoid controlling the position of the spool. Additionally, it includes an air return function for proper reset. To enhance actuation speed and improve control, our valve incorporates advanced technology that reduces the response time to ensure precise pneumatic circuit control. It's important to note that this valve is specifically designed for AC voltage and is not compatible with DC coils.
Durability is a fundamental aspect of our valve's design. Constructed with high-quality materials, including robust aluminum alloy and NBR O-Rings, it is built to withstand demanding operating conditions. Equipped with 1/4" Female NPT ports, the valve ensures compatibility with a variety of pneumatic fittings, facilitating easy integration into existing systems. By incorporating an air return function, we have extended the valve's lifespan. The valve's sturdy construction and use of premium materials ensure longevity and resistance to wear.
The 1/4" 3-Way 2-Position Pneumatic Solenoid Valve is well-suited for diverse industrial applications, particularly in manufacturing and automation, where precise pneumatic control is essential. Its compact size, reliable performance, and robust construction make it a versatile component for pneumatic systems.
Throughout the manufacturing process, we adhere to strict ISO9001 standards to ensure the highest quality. The valve is designed to seamlessly fit into existing manifold setups, aligning with standard industry sizes. This makes it an excellent upgrade for a wide range of applications, providing consistent and dependable performance.
